great blog - you go my creative juices flowing LOL
I bought some honey last weekend at a local fair and I'm thinking of brewing a batch of mead - do you have any suggestions for a first timer?
Also - I just put together a Youtube instructional on brewing Graff cider (www.youtube.com/users/msheridan69) - I hope you enjoy it.

I was thinking of doing a no boil just bacause it soudns easier - I'll check out the link yo usuggested - thanks!
